All our lunch faire and deli foods are prepared without the use of trans-fats, hydrogenated oils, MSG, meat, or GMOs. We use only cold-pressed organic oils and USDA certified organic dairy products. We strive to use certified organic ingredients in all of our High Noon creations, but due to our location in the United States, certified produce can be limited. In these cases, local organic and non-organic produce is substituted.
